ISONEM MS POLYMER is a pure polymer produced using the latest technology and has excellent properties. It is ready to use, UV resistant, glossy, elastic structure. It is used as exterior insulation material on terraces, roofs, balconies, and wet areas, concrete, screed, plaster, wood, metal surfaces, spray polyurethane heat insulation applied surfaces. It is open to light pedestrian traffic and It has quick workmanship.

Usage Areas

Application Type

Surface preparation: The floor must be strong, clean and resistant to load. All surfaces must be cleaned from oil, dirt and similar residues before application. The appropriate primer selection for surface is made according to the following table. If ISONEM MS Polymer itself is used as a primer, it is diluted with 200 % water (1 kg MS Polymer : 2 kg water) and fed to the surface with a hard brush. The primer should be left to dry for at least 1 hour after application. If ISONEM Universal Primer or ISONEM Anti Rust Primer will be used as primer, primer is applied as specified in the catalog pages of the related products.

Application Method: ISONEM MS POLYMER is ready to use. It is applied to the primed surface in two coats with a brush, roller or a suitable sprayer. Waiting time between the coats is at least 4 hours. The product is produced in two types as “winter” and “summer”. 18 – 40 ° C for summer application, 5 – 17 ° C for winter application.
