WRITE & ERASE VARNISH, it is a water-based two-component varnish that allows you to use the desired surface as a whiteboard area with marker pens. Thanks to its transparent structure, it can be used in walls, desks, doors, cabinets, meeting rooms etc. converts it to a writable, erasable format without changing the color of the surface when applied. It is nature-friendly, does not contain VOC and solvent, it is extremely simple to apply. The paint and stains graffiti can be easily removed from the surface applied ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH. There is no other system that provides this easy cleaning and gives you the opportunity to clean the surface repeatedly without damaging the coating.

Application Type

Surface preparation: Application surfaces should be cleaned from all kinds of oil, dirt, dust and surface residues and must be completely dry and clean.

Preparation of the mixture: ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH is supplied in ready-to-use kits according to the mixing ratio. The mixture should be prepared to be applied according to the life of the mixture. Before commencing mixing, ensure that the material temperatures are between 15 – 25°C. Component A should be mixed thoroughly with a mechanical mixer at 300 – 400 rpm for 3 – 4 minutes without dragging air in it. Then, all component B must be poured into component A and make sure that there is no material left inside the B component. A + B should be mixed for at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and the prepared mixture should be consumed within 50 – 60 minutes.

Application method: ISONEM WRITE & ERASE VARNISH should be applied with the help of brush or roller in order to obtain the desired thickness. It should be applied as 2 or 3 layers and waited for 6 – 8 hours for each coat. Wait at least 3 days before writing/erasing. Text/drawings can be erased with a board eraser. Any non-removable stains need to be cleaned with a wet cloth, other cleaning materials should not be used like detergent, bleach, etc..
